Is the love for the customer he is talking about bought dearly? It might be thinking of traditional ways of listening and reaching out to the customer. Here the web bears the potential to strive after the ideal of the Delta Model with reasonable cost at the same time. I am excited to see more companies and escpecially the management to approach their customers on the web and become aware of the necessity of a social customer focus and dialogue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I wonder if there is a cyclic aspect to the Delta model as well. Given all companies focus on the customer in the end we might see a lot of sameness. That might be the turning point towards times of war again.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/8817804721700555503/4627754755530938114/comments/default/8867217515868292849'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/8817804721700555503/4627754755530938114/comments/default/8867217515868292849'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.myifridge.com/2009/06/enterprise-20-make-love-not-war.html?showComment=1246441896490#c8867217515868292849' title=''/><author><name>Tom</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/15498221763146795319</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='http://img2.blogblog.com/img/b16-rounded.gif'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.myifridge.com/2009/06/enterprise-20-make-love-not-war.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8817804721700555503.post-4627754755530938114' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/8817804721700555503/posts/default/4627754755530938114' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-324318863'/></entry></feed>
